GSHBA Parade Home 2007
Jon Marty’s Custom Carpentry welcomes you to our 2007 Parade Home. This 2092 square foot home is situated on a private pond just minutes from Bukolt Park. We built this open concept home realizing the features and design envisioned by the homeowners who we would like to thank for allowing us to share it with you. Features include: 18 inch ceramic tile, custom paint, vaulted tray, and multi-layered ceilings, pond loop geothermal heating, an expansive lookout basement (unfinished), and plenty of windows for extensive views of the pond.
