Dear Jon: We just wanted to send a note to let you know how happy we are that we chose you and your crew to build our home. In fairness, we had never heard of you until we stopped at your home during the Parade. Not only were we impressed with what you showed us that day, we appreciated your industry knowledge and your willingness to share it. We walked away thinking you were a very straightforward square shooter. After months of working together, that’s still what we tell people. We wanted to find a builder who knew what he was doing, would be fair with us, would listen to our ideas, give us alternatives when needed, and have good time/budget management. That’s what we did!
