As contractors, commercial renovating is one of our favorite projects. We enjoy (and learn a lot from) other creative, high-spirited entrepreneurs. We have a lot in common as we understand your desire to be unique and to be the best you can be in your industry.
Most of our commercial work is renovating an existing building or doing a build out in a new building shell. We work closely with you, the architect, and our interior designer throughout the whole project. Commercial construction involves more steps with the architect, state permits, and inspectors, but don’t worry, we’ve done it before. We have worked with a variety of different businesses including restaurants, doctors’ offices, realty offices, computer stores, and massage clinics.
